What you send

The enquiry form collects your email address and message, plus your name and business name if you choose to provide them. Please don't include sensitive personal information in your message.

Why it is used

Your details are used to receive and respond to your enquiry, discuss your website and, if you become a customer, manage that relationship. The form does not sign you up to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions pass through a Vercel server function and are emailed to hello@localwebswift.com using Zoho Mail. Your message is stored in the business email account. The form does not save a separate copy in a website database. Vercel and Zoho may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Hosting security logs may include technical details such as your IP address.

How long it is kept

Enquiry messages are kept until the enquiry is dealt with, unless they become part of a customer relationship or need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry information by emailing hello@localwebswift.com. Privacy rights vary depending on where you live. Requests are handled in line with applicable law. If you have a concern, contact Mike at that email address. You can also contact your local privacy regulator or, in the United States, your state attorney general or the Federal Trade Commission.

This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, marketing cookies or third-party embeds. Fonts are served by this website.
